Sandy has been pleasant, patient and knowledgeable about answering my questions, and spent time digging out the info that wasn't readily available. She's recommended good options I was unaware of. The transparency and friendly, personal service are a breath of fresh air after the last insurance company we left. Complaints? Sure - I am dismayed with the way costs of homeowners and car insurance have gone up the last couple years. But State Farm remains competitive with other companies on cost, and second to none on claims resolution. Five stars!"
